Since 2019 - Association of Hoteliers of Uzbekistan
The Hoteliers Association was established on April 2, 2019. Today it includes 40 plus members. Over a short period of activity, the Association has signed more than 10 Memoranda of Cooperation with Hotel Associations of Foreign Countries and is also became an affiliate member of UNWTO (World Tourism Organization). Organized more than ten events and also works closely with the State Tourism Committees of Uzbekistan to improve the hotel industry standards system

Since 2018 – Oriental Classic School
Member of the Board of Directors. This is the first private school teaching students in the Uzbek language. The school keeps the traditions of the Uzbek people. Applied arts of Uzbekistan are taught in additional lessons. In 2018-2019 The school had 176 students. In the 2019-2020 academic years, 800 students are studying at the school. The School works on a course program to teach Arabic Languages from K-11.
Since 2017 - Al-Bukhary Islamic Center, Orlando, Fl.
In 2017, I began to work on a project of the Uzbek center, and the first madrassah and mosque with the participation of immigrants from Uzbekistan in Orlando, Florida. In 2019 the Center brought together about 200 Uzbek families living in Orlando. The center is located in 1.5 acres of area, has a mosque with a capacity of 250 believers, the Madrasah is designed for 46 students to teach reading the Koran, a playground and a place for cultural and family events for 300 people. Within two years, the Center disbursed about $ 1 million in donations.
2010-2013 International Business Center, Tashkent.
Managed three restaurants and 11 conference rooms. Increased the level of catering and event services of the Business Center to A category.



2018 – 2019 International Hotel Tashkent.
The task is to return the hotel to its former title to be the best and most profitable hotel in the city. At the end of 2019, the hotel showed the best performance over the past six years, having doubled its sales volume compared to 2018.


2007-2009 Business Center Poytaht, Tashkent
After completion of the construction in 2007, our team fully rented out all 14,000 sq. m. premises of the Business Center within the next six months. We were the first who started to develop outside catering services in Tashkent.
2006-2008 Hotel Uzbekistan.
Hotel management team member. We joined the management of the Hotel with an annual occupancy rate of %18. Next two years, the hotel occupancy rate increased up-to %78 annually.
